Peter Russell Sr. A show of love and support.

Peter Russell (father of Be, Peter Jr. and Sarah Russell, musician, avid Seahawk and basketball fan (He misses the Sonics!), Brother, Uncle and loyal friend ) has been facing many serious medical obstacles over the past several years that have affected his quality of life. They have taken their toll on his overall health and finances. Peter is now struggling with diabetes, kidney disease, a heart and lung condition and will soon face loosing toes due to the complications of diabetes. As he's faced these serious obstacles, Peter's resources have been drained and he is struggling to pay rent and other household responsibilities . He is currently in a rehab facility getting support after being affected by a series of mini strokes, and the bills are piling up, which is daunting. Be, his daughter also quit her job to care for him full time, and is also running low on personal resources as she's devoted all of her time to her father's care.

I'm reaching out to the Village for any support that your heart says it can give. No one should have to face these overwhelming circumstances alone. His daughters have been working nonstop to be there for him and they need that show of love and support as well.

All funds donated will be used for Pete to be able to stay in his home, pay medical bills, keep the lights on, etc. and some funds will go to Be Russell who has been his fulltime caregiver for the past year.
