Peter Mielke Memorial Fund

A loving son's life was lost on Sunday night, February 21st. This fund was created to help Dana Mielke with funeral costs for her son, which can on average, exceed $10,000. All money raised will support Peter Mielke's home-going service, travel for the close knit family, and other impending expenses.

Peter Mielke was 19 years old and working to pay for school. He had a kind soul, always willing to help in any way he could. A graduate of Bellaire High School, he was very proud to have played football there, and it was his love for sports that inspired him to go to college for sports journalism. Tragically, his life was cut short while at work Sunday night. A senseless act of violence. He will be missed dearly!
