Peter’s On-Going Medical Expenses

Hi all,

Many of us know Peter from school, work, and from his never ending list of exciting hobbies. Peter is a ray of sunshine on those who are lucky enough to call him a friend. Our friend is now in need of our help during a difficult time.

Earlier this week, Peter was in a serious snowmobile accident while on vacation in Mammoth Lakes. His heart stopped for some time during a medivac ride to a trauma center. He is now in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit at a hospital in Reno. Peter’s family has been desperately trying to come to his aid since the accident, but they are unable to come to the US at this time due to his mother’s health condition. Aside from the brief visits that a few of us have been able to make, Peter has been in the hospital by himself fighting hard for his life and need all of the love, support, and assistance that we can provide.

We all know Peter as the resilient guy that came to the US at a young age by himself, growing up without his siblings or parents for most of his life. Peter quickly grew close with many of his classmates due to his outgoing and selfless personality. He has never hesitated to provide support to his friends whenever we’ve faced challenges. As resilient as Peter is, he has quite a few hurdles ahead of him as he recovers from this traumatic incident.

Your contribution will go directly to Peter to support his medical expenses (including bills from search and rescue, medical helicopter transfer, multiple operations, and ICU stay) and on-going rehabilitation.
