Petey's Recovery

On the 4th of May Peter got up and went to football like any other Saturday, he had a family BBQ planned for after the game but unfortunately he never made it home for that, instead he was hit in the head and had to be taken to hospital by his girlfriend Kionah where he collapsed in the doorway. The staff at Shepparton Hospital quickly took Peter to have CT scans and blood tests. Results showed Peter had a bleed on his brain and he had to be flown to the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne where he has now had surgery to stop the bleeding but is still in ICU. Anyone who knows Peter will know how stubborn he can be, he will not let this beat him and he is already showing some great progress but it is going to be a very long and hard road to recovery!
