Petit Rouge Continuity Fund

Like many restaurants across the country, the Petit Rouge French Bistro of North Miami has closed our doors in an effort to keep our staff and guest healthy during the COVID-19 corona virus outbreak.  In these difficult and uncertain times   we ask that you help the Petit Rouge continue as a going concern such that we can continue to provide you and your family French inspired cuisine in our intimate dining setting.  We our exploring different avenues of assistance and funding, but also wanted to reach out to you, our esteemed guests, as well as the broader community, neighbors, friends and family.  Our goal is to reach $75,000 dollars to be used to help the restaurant fund ongoing/outstanding  fixed cost (i.e. rent, utilities and etc.) and accounts payable,  resumption of business costs, support for ongoing  costs and salaries during initial weeks/months of reopening and possibly provide some immediate financial relief to the staff.    

When the devastating threats of the crisis has ended and society returns to some level of normalcy, we  look forward to welcoming all of you back to continue the journey that we started 11+ years ago.  As many of you are aware, the restaurant has overcome many trials and challenges but this one is by far the greatest one the Petit Rouge has ever faced.  With your help and support we can over come this challenge as well  and words can not convey our gratitude for your years of support and any support you may be able to provide in this time of need.  We are flattered and honored that we have been able to serve  you for so many years and look forward to many more.  Thank you and best wishes to  you and your friends and family.
