Help our MS client Petra to purchase a much needed vehicle

Petra was diagnosed with MS in 2000.

Since her diagnosis, the progression of this disease has been rapid.

In just 10 years she has gone from being able bodied to being wheelchair bound (no ability to walk or use her lower half )

I, along with all of Petra’s carers are embarking on a fundraising journey!

Our goal is to raise money to enable her to purchase a vehicle. This vehicle can then be customised by NDIS to allow us carers and Tom (her loving husband) to take Petra on outings which to date she either has missed out on or can only be taken with minimal allocated wheelchair taxi funding.

Since 2018 Petra has been 100% wheelchair bound. With no vehicle to date, Petra remains house bound. She can partake in outings within close proximity to her home (given the battery life of her wheelchair)

Petra has 2 wonderful children Leonard (16) and Alexandra (15).

Both absolutely excelling in school and extra curricular activities.

Lenny is a part of the Melbourne Youth Symphony Orchestra playing both the Tenor Saxophone and the drums.

Lexie is a highly successful ‘silks’ artist and Flute player.

For the last 6 years Petra has missed out on many opportunities to witness these events that the children partake in.

We would LOVE to change this with your help!

A vehicle would allow Petra to attend all of these outings, events, concerts (things ‘we’ all take for granted)

Please, please help us achieve this dream for her.
