Pey Still Has A Lot Of Life To Live!

Hi,
My name is Trish and I am desperate to have a bi-lateral (both legs) TPLO surgery on our beloved pup, Peyton. Pey is 4 years old, and she is extremely intelligent, kind, silly, sensitive, friendly, loving, active, up for anything, and a joy to be around. She is a rescue dog, and she had several homes before we took her into our lives. She is a beautiful mix of Husky, Rottweiler, and Schnauzer. We weren't looking for a dog, but she was looking for a home, and now we couldn't imagine our lives without her. I can't express how much we love her.
Peyton has a fully torn cruciate ligament in her left back leg, and a partially torn ligament in her right leg. It's just a matter of time before the second leg will go completely. These are causing her a lot of pain, and she's lost the ability to do everything a dog normally does. Just taking her out to the bathroom is very difficult, and painful. The surgery that she needs is called a bi-lateral TPLO, which is performed by a canine orthopedic surgeon. It's highly successful, but it's also very expensive. The money raised will go towards the surgery, and all the pre and post operation appointments, and required medical care. We are people that live a simple life, not fancy at all. Both my husband and I work, and this surgery is not financially possible for us in our current situation. It breaks my heart, and I cry daily, seeing my sweet girl in pain and sad. She has given us so much love, and therefore I am doing this fundraiser for her.
If you can give, even $1, we would be very grateful. Thank you for taking the time to read this fundraiser.
