Help this poor dog please

Hi  everyone my name is Joshua seiler. I was out walking my dogs at north shore  at 9pm  2 man was calling out to my dogs  there started going over that way I called them back then I here a Bang what sounds like a gun go off my dogs come back to me bluey then drop on the ground I seen her bleeding so I took her to Geelong animal hospital   Where she need a operation and a drainage tube was put in.  What come out on Tuesday when I took her to fur life vet     Now I am waiting for bluey stitches come out what is next Monday  hopefully   All her medicine and that should hopefully end this week but she is always going to be on something for her joints and muscles now  and she may need more operations and that in the future 
I have my dogs are companion dogs 

I have cover all vet cost thank to all donations but there is a few others things I would like to get her for her recovery and journey   What is good support pet bed and  other things what  she will need to 
the vet cost all up was roughly 2k that includes her medication and that
