Help Uzi Walk Again

Uzi was an extremely active and happy dog, who was always ready to greet anyone with love and lots of kisses ( and slobber). Sadly he suddenly faced a very traumatic back injury leaving him paralyzed from the waist down. He will need extensive surgery and treatment to readjust three of his spinal disks as well as physical therapy afterwards to relearn how to walk. All help and prayers are appreciated, thank you.
