6IN1 SuperHalfs Series - Rethink Mental Illness

Yes Team!

As this year's official host and a part of the realbuzz running team 2024 -25 I’ll be running with realbuzz in two of the six SuperHalfs Series starting on the 6th April for the first race and the last race, in Berlin April 2025.

I’ll be running as part of the realbuzz running team and I can’t wait to share the ride with you, I’ve taken part in almost 50 races (if I had to guess) and with realbuzz i’ll be running to raise donations and awareness for Rethink Mental Illness, a mental health charity.

Mental health is something I am SO passionate about as I see day in and day out what the difference that movement can make to anyone, even myself! That’s one of the reasons I founded my Say Yes Club, to encourage people to say yes to do more for their mental and physical health.
