IMPORTANT UPDATE: Because I have used my own savings for the payments, the money shown in this campaign does not reflect what I actually need now. I am now on my final payment and only need 1825€ (equivalent to 2203$ or 1578£) for my end goal! Yay! The final payment is due on May 5 of 2021.
My kind friends, I am currently studying in Spain in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Game Animation at the Escuela Superior de Arte y Tecnología (ESAT). I'm very passionate about art -having studied it for many years and decorated my grandparents' fridges with many childhood doodles- and all the creativity that goes into the making of a videogame. I love expressing myself through art and creating things that other people can enjoy, which is why I'm taking this course to become a 3D Artist.
My parents were able to pay for the first two years of my course but Covid has really hurt their small business and I have also been out of work because of covid. Even together we don´t have enough money to pay the 8000€ for my third year of the course- my final year before earning my Higher National Diploma. Thanks to your generosity I was able to meet the first 2800€ fraction of the payment! Thank you so much! We still don't have enough to cover the remaining 1/3 of the payments, but with your help I hope to reach our goal. The next payments are due April 5 and May 5, 2021, and are only 1825€ in total.
I spent my whole life in the United States until a few years ago when my family moved to Spain, seeking to open up new opportunities in education for me and my siblings as well as escaping the lifestyle that had my parents constantly working and us kids too busy to spend time together. We've all had an amazing experience in this country, learned Spanish from scratch, and have been able to take new paths in our educations.
I'd really appreciate any donation, no matter how small. And thank you to all you generous people who come on to this website seeking to help others.

About donating in Euros - your credit card company will do the currency exchange, so your rate would depend on the exchange rate you get with them. Right now the dollar is about $1.20 for every €1 so you could expect to be charged around $12 for a €10 donation. The exact amount would be determined by the credit card company exchange rates.
