Help for Ukrainian Refugees

My name is Mark Lieber and I need your help.

Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24th and immediately began killing innocent people in their cites, homes and even while trying to escape to safety. To date, millions of people in Ukraine have fled to the borders of Poland, Czechoslovakia, Romania and Hungary, and they urgently need medical supplies and transport away from the war. Every day it’s a new horror, and I must do something about it.

For this reason, I am planning to leave the USA on the 7th of April, heading to Zahony, Hungary, to help my friend Slaven and his group take care of refugees. I need your help, so I am reaching out to my friends, family and possibly people I don’t even know to help fund this. I will be covering my plane flights, but I need to raise additional money to buy some supplies here in the USA and once I arrive in Hungary.

If you can find it in your heart to donate to my cause, the Ukrainian cause, I would be grateful to you. I will be purchasing items in the coming 1-1/2 weeks and more once I arrive in Hungary. Below are some of the items your donation will be used to purchase:

Medical supplies include bandages, medical gloves, antibiotic ointments, trauma wound dressings, burn gel, emergency blankets and children’s Tylenol. Hygiene products, including toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap and towels.

Gasoline for the transport vehicles, toys for the children and toys for pets.

The excess items and cash that are donated will be released to hospitals, families in need, and to other charitable organizations for distribution.
