PGH.ST - For Pittsburghers by Pittsburghers

PGH.ST was born from the idea to create a free app where citizens of Pittsburgh PA can sign up and receive text and email reminders of their trash and recycling schedule. This has been a wildly successful endeavor resulting in thousands of pittsburghers relying on the service to this day.

Since winning the 2014 SteelCity Hackathon, PGH.ST has been funded solely by the creator and developers.

In order to ensure the original pledge to keep PGH.ST running, we're asking for help to cover cost of new features and updated development, and service fees. Every penny goes directly to the project.

PGH.ST is an independent group that works with the city of Pittsburgh for the use of the public schedule data.
