I would like to say THANK YOU for continuing to support your District II Explorers. Thank you for taking the time to click on our page and learn more about us and the things that we do.
The Prince George's County Police Explorer Post 222 is requesting your support in the form of monetary donations/gift cards.
The Law Enforcement Exploring Program provides career based training to our youth who are interested in a future in public safety. Our program serves youth between the ages of 11-20, our explorers learn about attention to detail, self-discipline, physical fitness, self confidence, academic excellence and most of all, COMMUNITY SERVICE! Within the last five years Post 222 Explorers completed over 75, 000 hours of community service and have received numerous of awards such as ADVISOR OF THE YEAR, POST OF THE YEAR AND THE GOLD COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD, GIVEN BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. These awards are of very high importance.
We are requesting support to upgrade our Community Resource Center at 12500F Fairwood Parkway. This location is not only used by the explorers but also the community members. We welcome anyone to come and drop by and see the current state of the place. There is no donation big or small, and everything is a tax write off as we are a 501C3.
Thank you for your continued support and please share us with everyone you know!!!
