Help Lia Bring Vagina Monologues to Life

In light of the recent election, with the immense risk of women's health & reproductive rights at stake, I am wanting to mount and direct a production of the Vagina Monologues. I have performed in the Vagina Monologues four times myself and feel the impact of such truthful sharing, allowing the voices of women of all kinds throughout history to be heard, is what is needed to begin the fight to save and preserve these rights.

Two of my nieces, aged 25 and 23, live in Arizona, a state where women's health and reproductive rights are at extreme risk, among other states such as Texas, Florida, and Nevada. Thus, I will be donating a portion of the ticket sales towards Planned Parenthood.

To launch this project, I am in need of some help securing funds for the venue and the rights to the script.

The rights to the script come to $120. For the venue, I will need a minimum of $600 to secure the spot.

Whatever is donated, I will include in the playbill as "producers".
