Megs Brain Surgery

Meg is a 34 year old mother of 2. On November 2, 2011, Meg suffered a stroke, awakening the sleeping Chiari monster in her brain. After making an almost complete recovery from the stroke, her Chiari symptoms worsened. A year after having the stroke she under went a decompression surgery to help relief the pressure on her brain. She had 6 good months, before chiari once again took over. She has spent most of her days in bed with pain, robbing her from precious family moments. After fighting the Maine Medical system for the last few years, she finally got into a Chiari specialist in New York. On January 26th, 2018 she and her fiance will travel to NY for her second brain surgery on January 30th. This fundraiser is to help with travel, lodging, food and medical costs. Meg deserves to finally find relief from this painful disease.
