Phelan Family Needs Our Help!

Darren Phelan and his family were on a well-deserved vacation to Disney this last week. They had a blast and made the best of their time together, even while dodging raindrops from a hurricane!

On Friday, the day before the family was set to fly back home, Darren started having chest pains and went to get checked out at the ER. After a long night of tests and procedures, Darren is in the ICU with a significant blockage and will undergo cardiac bypass surgery on Monday. He will be in the hospital in Florida for several more days, and likely won't be released to travel home for several days after that. His wife Jessica is by his side, so she had to put her two kids on a plane (with family) and find a place to stay. Darren may not be released in time to travel home for Thanksgiving.

The Phelan family constantly supports their friends and community, and now they need our help! Ironically on Friday, he was the first to contribute to his company's traditional charitable donation for the holidays, even while on vacation. So this year, we are asking for donations to help the Phelan family with unexpected medical and travel expenses.
