Hi my name is Marsha Mitchell and I am fundraising for Phil Fuller. He is a vet and he served our country for 20 years in the navy. He passed away on April 3rd, his family doesn't have the money to bury him. He lived in prineville oregon for many years. They won't be able to do the service until money is paid.
