Phil Schrock Benefit

Donation protected
If you were connected to C.H.I. or lived in a 30 mile radius of Arthur, IL, chances are you knew Philo (Phil) Schrock. Those that knew him would say he was the light of any room! He had a million watt smile and always brought happiness to those around him.

On Wednesday, June 13th, Philo lost his long fought 8 year battle to cancer and reoccurring illnesses. He leaves behind an adoring wife and his rock  (Michelle), 2 sons (Hank and Nathan), a daugher (Abby) and grandbabies that he thought the world of.

Philo was always doing kind things for other people so we wanted to start a page to do the same for him and his family. With high medical costs and expenses, let's join together to raise money in his name for his family. We set a goal of $10K, but with so many people that were touched by him, we know we can do more!

Philo always had a passion for music. You could always walk in Penn Station on a Wednesday night and find him playing music and singing with the Gunny Sack Revue here in downtown Arthur. His love for music was easily found if you entered his office as well as his love for the Chicago Cubs. He hung his "W" sign proudly and for all to see.

We can all find comfort in knowing that ultimately he is up high waving that "W" sign for all to see. Fly high our friend, fly high.
