Philip Bouchie

Hi, my name is Christopher. I am Philips son and I am raising money for my dads funeral.
Philip Bouchie, 74, of Springfield passed into his eternal rest on March 17th. He was born in Springfield to the late Clifford Bouchie and Elizabeth Lennon on December 20th 1949. Philip lived life in his own rockstar way, with music, a fantastic sense of humor, a knack for storytelling-with enough stories to last for days, and cooking-as the best cook in the city, just ask, he’d tell you. Philip also loved fast cars, especially his Mustangs and in his younger days set a speed record at Lebanon Valley. He enjoyed working on cars for friends and family and was employed at Gurney’s as well as dealerships. Philip left mechanics to pursue a career in Culinary Arts and spent several years before retirement running a restaurant at Six Flags New England. Philip also enjoyed farming, gardening, and held a big spot in his heart for his four legged family members. He served his nation with pride as an aircraft mechanic at Barnes Air National Guard Base in Westfield as a member of the Air National Guard. Philip leaves his beloved wife of 35 years Anne M. Bouchie; his children Kim, Kevin, Tricia, Thea, Alexis, Sabrina, Crystal and Christopher; and fourteen grandchildren.
Anything helps and is appreciated.
