Philip & Robin Leinbach Memorial Scholarship

Phil and Robin’s family is starting a memorial scholarship to carry on their legacy as teachers and helping students. Philip taught 8th grade math for 35 years and subbed after that when needed. Robin taught for 25 years in school and ran a daycare for children when her kids were young for 13 years. They were always willing to spend more time with a student and enjoyed helping students succeed in school and in life.

The annual scholarship will be chosen yearly by the Sherburne-Earlville Scholarship Committee and will go to a math student who is the most improved/hardest working, has completed at least Algebra II, and is seeking higher education.
