Philippine orphanage and mosque project

HUMANITY FOR ORPHANS-MINDANAO

Salams all, my name is Yusuf Mitha from Preston and myself and two friends Yunus Chand and Yunus Bapu of Blackburn are currently in the Philippines to build an orphanage. We have bought a plot of land already and welcome any donations to help get the orphanage up and running quickly.

 

In addition, while here we have travelled around the area to look at the mosques here. The Muslims here are extremely poor and the conditions of the mosques are dire.

We urgently seek donations to help our brothers and sisters build better mosques. I have taken some pictures of the conditions of their wudhu khanas and masjids. Please dig deep and donate so we can try and get some work done while we are still here. We will return to the UK next week.

The Philippine government have approved us as an official charity working for the Philippino people.

Please note your donations will be used as Sadaqah or Lillah to fund the orphanage and mosques. 

We are accepting Zakaat to give directly to the orphans and widows within the community. Please state within the notes if your donations are given with the intention of Zakaat.
