Philip's Recovery Fund
Donation protected
On Friday, my best friend, Philip Anslow, was in a motorcycle accident. He’s alive and stable, which is a miracle considering the circumstances of the crash. However, he has a broken pelvis and damaged spine and will need surgery on Monday. We don’t know his exact recovery time but it will be at least 6 months.
Philip works a physical labor job, fabricating rebar. He has worked at least 60 hours a week for years, rarely taking a single day off, in order to support his family. While most members of the family work, Philip is the primary financial support for his wife, Rica, and their daughter Nuala.
Philip is one of the kindest, most generous, people I know and doesn’t deserve to be going through this situation. They will be getting a personal injury attorney, but it could be a year or more before they receive any settlement from the accident. Leaving immediate needs unmet. Please consider donating so Philip can focus on recovery instead of losing his home. All money you give will go straight to paying their mortgage and other bills.
Thank you.
