About 6:30pm on Sunday 1st November 2020 emergency services were called to a golf course on Monkeila St, Walgett NSW following reports 13 yr old had fallen of his trail bike.
Phillip was treated by local paramedics on scene and later transported to local hospital were he was found to have sustained serious head injuries and sedated due to seriousness of head injury and was later airlifted to Westmead Children's Hospital in a critical condition, On arrival to Westmead Phillip had to be rushed to emergency surgery to have a shunt put in his head to monitor his swelling on the brain and drain fluid.
On Wednesday 4th November Phillip has caught a bug while in the hospital which is causing his blood pressure to go up & down which is delaying his treatment further.
Phillip has had a MRI and CT scan were they have found torn ligaments and fractures in his neck which requires him to wear a brace and may require surgery
Phillips current condition is he is still in a stable condition on a ventilator to support his breathing.
