Funeral for Murdered Disabled Father of 13

Our father, Phillip Thompson was murdered by his wife Shanita Thompson. He died on March 30, 2022. The local news video is below and the link to the article is 13 WMAZ News Article .
Phillip had a stroke in 2019 and was partially disabled. His wife murdered him by shooting him multiple times. The police said that she admitted to shooting him. She has stated that he does not have life insurance. We finally were able to give our dad a proper burial and need help so that we can cover the funeral home expenses, the burial site and all of the other expenses related to giving him a proper memorial service and burial. The funeral home allowed us to go forward even though we didn't have all of the money and he didn't have life insurance.
We are devastated at what has happened and it is still unbelievable. He was a good man that always put others before himself. . He went through a life of tragedy with his own father dying 3 years ago and 2 of his children dying before then. Regardless of the mistakes that he made in the past, as we all make mistakes, he didn't deserve to be killed in the way that he did. No one deserves that. He was a son, a father, a brother, an uncle. Imagine one of your family members being killed and how that would make you feel.
