Phoebe Grace Clarke

Mel and David would like to set up a go fund me page in memory for their daughter Phoebe Grace Clarke and wish for the proceeds to be donated to their chosen charity in aid of Tiny Tickers and every donation will help.

Those who knew Phoebe will know she was diagnosed with Congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (CCTGA). Throughout Phoebe's life, she had operations and many hospital visits and stays to try and correct this, and my god what a little fighter she was. Phoebe fought her whole life and unexpectedly and sadly passed away on 20th April 2023.

Phoebe will be greatly missed by her whole family for the rest of their lives. Phoebe was the most cheekiest, funny, beautiful, happy little girl you would have ever met. Despite everything she went through in her little life she was the most happiest little child there ever was.

Mel and David hold Tiny Tickers very closely to their heart. In memory of Phoebe and her condition they would appreciate for any funds to be raised in honour of Phoebe to help any other families going through what they went through with beatiful Phoebe.

A baby is born with a serious heart condition every 2 hrs in the UK and despite CHD being one of the biggest killers of infants in the UK, only around half of congenital heart defects are picked up during routine prenatal scanning.
