Dear friends, family, patrons,

We, the staff, at The Phoenix loves the community and neighborhood it serves, and for more than 20 years we have been making memories and having fun. We miss hearing the clinking of glass and music playing as various characters come in and out, each one with the their own personality and story to tell. Making and celebrating those experiences is our job, and what we wish we could remain doing at this very moment. 

Unfortunately, the Cororonavirus, which has devastated so many around the world has now fallen upon us too. For the the time being we can no longer take pride and joy by opening our doors and celebrate the love and diversity of those who frequent our bar, and provide us a livelihood.

It is with this concern for our financial security that we are asking for help, to bridge this dangerous and frightening time.
