Phoenix's top surgery fund

Hi there, my name is Phoenix and I'm a transgender man. I've been out publicly and living socially as a male for around a year now and I'm currently on testosterone.

Due to the extremely long waiting lists through the NHS in order to just get a consultation, I have decided to go through private services for my top surgery.
Of course, this fundraiser is only to cover part of the costs  and I will be funding the rest though my wages. 
The surgery, personally, has an essential part of me being able to feel comfortable and happy in my own skin and something that would eradicate much the dysphoria that I experience in my every day life.
