Physical & Mental Health Awareness and Advocacy

I would like to continue educating people about Covid19, and Covid19 Safety, assist other advocates and advocacy groups, as well as advocate for change at the policy level, but at this point I want to couple my Covid-19 awareness work with awareness for Mental Health, which I have been involved in since 2016.

At this point in the Covid-19 (SARS Cov2) Pandemic, many people are struggling with mental exhaustion, and other mental health struggles, and the stigma around Mental Health continues to hinder many in reaching out for help, and in many cases even realizing that they are struggling.

I would love to be able to work full time at Covid19/Mental Health Awareness and Advocacy by utilizing connections, social media reach, creativity, videos, songs, live events, expert interviews, and education, as well as to recruit and pay others to do the same. That’s my dream.

I have been advocating for Covid19 Safety since the pandemic began and I have been advocating for Mental Health awareness since 2016, when at the time the city I was living in (Fort McMurray, AB) suffered one of the largest fires in Canadian History.

Currently I am working on a non-profit entity called Wolfpack Health which is going to be a Physical/Mental Health Awareness organization, and should we raise substantial funds, I will place the money in that non-profit and go from there.

Some of my main goals will be to amplify emerging information regarding Covid19 and Long Covid, to motivate government officials into action against Covid19, and to counteract the massive amounts of Covid19 misinformation/disinformation that are causing many issues.

During my time as a mental health advocate my goal was to promote mental health awareness through positivity, communication, inclusion, grassroots activities and creativity, and I will utilize my connections, and creative abilities to work toward generating a more open cooperative virtual community, that people will know they can turn to for a sense of community and understanding.

I had 1000s of people worldwide take part in breaking the stigma around mental health, and I did so with frequent campaigns, live chats, group chats, artistic, musical, and creative participant activities, all of which I feel could help the advocacy community, as well as the general public moving forward.

In the past I have had the support of many celebrities and well known people and I plan to reach out to many of them to help again, and while the ultimate goals of changing Covid-19 management policy, and making the world a safer place, are the most important goals we have, I feel I can add some positivity and mental relief for those who need it, just as I have done in the past.

In my life I have worked as a Youth Group Home Worker, a one on one support worker for children with disabilities, an education assistant in all levels of school, a Special Education Teacher, and while I am a teacher by trade, I feel my experience in the world of mental health advocacy and awareness promotion can allow me to be highly useful in our attempt to educate people, and demand safety requirements until a more permanent solution for Covid-19 is discovered.

My goals as a Mental Health advocate have been to educate, break the stigma, and to let others know that they are not alone, and these foundational principles are easily applied to the realm of Covid19 advocacy and Education.

The fundraiser goal is lofty one but so is the challenge, and this is something that I feel is important and would benefit many. As always, any support given, whether it is monetary, a share on social media, or volunteered time, will be appreciated to the fullest definition of the word.

Our governments should be doing this, and hopefully they will get the hint when we show them how it should be done.

I would love to continue to work for you, for all of us, I need help to do it.

Thank you.

Keith

I have included some of my news links and videos from both Mental Health and Covid19 Advocacy so you can get an idea of what I fight for.
