Physical Therapy for Matthew

To help Matthew cope with his Cerebral Palsy, he has received intensive physical therapy for the past 20 years at Euro-Therapies, formerly Euro-Peds. It has proven to be life-changing for him following every 2-week treatment session. Matthew needs to receive this therapy once again, and we could use your help! Our insurance has limits and does not cover any costs of this alternative & intensive style of therapy this year; therefore, I must pay out of pocket for this treatment.
CP is a disability that becomes more challenging the older Matthew gets. With age comes tighter and shorter muscles, stiffer and dislocated joints, decreasing endurance and changes in walking patterns that make it difficult for Matthew to move his body. Euro-Therapies has helped Matthew manage the challenges of CP. But the fight continues as he ages. Matthew has thrived in this intensive therapy setting.  After every treatment session, Matthew shows progress towards his goals of crutch walking, independent standing, transfers in/out of his chair, kneeling and more!  As he gains skills, caregiving becomes easier for his providers and me. Matthew uses the skills he learns daily and is better able to join his favorite community activities.
