Physicians for Wishes

My name is Dr. Taylor, I am an ER physician. I have a strong passion for international medical missions and giving back to my community. While still in my medical training, my mother passed away with multiple myeloma. Before she did, a family surprised us with a weekend getaway at the Great Wolf Lodge. It was my mother's last wish before she passed away to go on one more family vacation with her kids. To see her smile again was something special. While she would pass away 2 months later, I made it my goal to eventually be able to give back, to do what this family had did for us. Through nominations from friends/family/subscribers, my goal is to provide a vacation, a game, getaway, skydive, etc, whatever it may be, to someone in need with a critical illness. In between main videos for the channel, we will continue to give back to the community in any way that we can. To bring a much needed smile is what this is all about. We are physicians for wishes.

Currently, everything is paid for by myself/self-funded including any donations/food, supplies, filming time for editor/editing, and travel. The YouTube link/video includes the first wish vacation for the channel itself. With the total cost for just one video we rely on donations. Plan eventually is at least 1-2 wishes granted a month, but this will require more awareness for the channel, for physicians for wishes, and for people wanting to take part in something special and being able to donate to make this program sustainable.
