Picou Family Flood Relief

Donation protected
We are asking for support for the families of Mike and Matt Picou, just two out of more than 40,000 families throughout Denham Springs and Southeast Louisiana whose homes were severely flooded by an unprecedented amount of rainfall over the weekend of August 12-14 2016, causing the Amite River to crest at 46.2 feet.

This page has been created as a donation site for the Picou's many family and friends, and friends of friends who are asking how they can help.

The Picous have never asked for help and have recovered and rebulit from many floods over the years, through the strength of their faith and their incredible community of family, friends and colleagues. Because of the magnitude of this storm and widespread devastation, this one feels different, so we are asking on their behalf.

Thank you for considering a donation of any amount!

(We are required to disclose the following: This page was created by Sherry Manno Yeaman from Dallas TX, cousins to Mike and Matt. We will collect funds and distribute directly to the two brothers to supplement any insurance or government assistance, to repair their homes, replace clothes, furniture, etc.)
