Jumpolin's piñatas demolished!

After eight years of selling piñatas from their shop on Caesar Chavez, their work that brings smiles to children has been crushed - not with a stick from a birthday boy, but by a bulldozer on a crisp early morning.

On Tuesday, February 10th,  Monica and Sergio Lejarazu had their business demolished by the property owners.  While the owners appear to have done this legally, Monica Lejarazu says that she and her husband lost thousands of dollars of property. 

How will the money get to the family?
The Lejarazus prefer the donations stay where they are for now.  Once they're ready, I'll have the funds put on a certified check and I'll deliver it to them in person.
