Devastated Pine Island Community, St. James City

Hi, my name is Lisa, and I live on Pine Island in St. James City. We are at the southern end of Pine Island.

On Wednesday, September 28, our little island was devastated by Hurricane Ian. Everyone lost something; most lost a lot, and some lost their lives.

We ask our extended community to assist with any monetary donation you can comfortably provide. We will be purchasing supplies such as toiletries, water, gloves, food, fuel, generators, trash bags, charcoal, canned goods, etc. and will be ferrying supplies to the Islanders.

I will give updates and share photos of our treks as we work together to help clean up and rebuild our tiny community.
