Ping-Pong's ear polyp removal surgery

My precious baby Ping-Pong is not doing well. She has ear polyps that have gotten so big that they are fully covering her ear canal. She has been getting recurrent ear infections, which are becoming more serious each time. This time, she isn't eating very much, is a little dizzy (probably vertigo, since it is ear...), and is sleeping more than a normal cat. Last Friday I took her to the vet and was afraid she was so sick she would die. Luckily for me, we have antibiotics that are helping, but the only solution to stopping these severe ear infections is to have her undergo surgery, and it will be more than I can realistically afford on a grad student stipend.
