Pinoys on Parliament 2023

Pinoys on Parliament (POP) is a national youth-led leadership conference held annually to bring together hundreds of Filipino/a/x-Canadians (Pinoys) aged 17-29 from across Canada.

This year, POP will take place in-person in Ottawa from February 24-26, 2023!

In 2019, POP was born out of the concern that despite Filipino/a/xs being one of the largest ethnocultural groups in Canada, our community is still widely under-represented in politics and positions of influence where decisions are made. Today, POP has grown to connect young Filipino/a/x-Canadians with leaders and professionals of various fields to achieve their goals and aspirations, such as politics, academia, government, social justice, STEM, wellness, the arts, business, and entertainment. Through community-building, speakers, and workshops, POP provides us with a space to collectively explore our unique identities and culture, be inspired and empowered with skills and knowledge, and discover various paths for our futures.
