Pinto Family Memorial Fund

Traci Adele Pinto (born September 2, 1981) passed from this world on August 8, 2019. Her memory is carried by her loving husband John P. Pinto, children Sean, Andrew, and Olivia, mother Bonnie, father Jorge, and brother Thom.
With her family's permission we have set up this donation page to help cover funeral costs, life costs and future expenses. All donations will go directly to John and the kids. John's employer, Costco, is graciously matching all donation amounts.
"Traci passed from a brain bleed upon returning to Idaho after a vacation in California. She was a healthy and kind woman often reminding her family that they should be nice to her because she was carrying good spare parts and our loss is the world’s gain because she has donated those spare parts to many in need.
Traci was always a bright, kind, energetic and athletic. She loved every sport and had a passion for completion, teach, coaching, and helping. She played almost every sport she could and competed for places on the Olympic soccer and softball teams just missing the teams that would go on to win gold. After suffering from sports injuries and experiencing difficulties of recovery she devoted herself to physical therapy. She was a ground breaking case study helping numerous doctors develop new and innovative techniques that have helped many.
She has worked at a variety of clinics, usually helping them build from the ground up before leaving to help a new one start.
She was always ready to consult and ask simple straight forward questions like an athlete not a doctor. She was known or her fiery passion, straight forward attitude, and willingness to stand up to any parent who wanted to push their kid too far or too fast. She knew that developing bodies aren’t professional athletes and they needed limiters. She wanted everyone to have a long, healthy, and fun filled life.
Always with a smile, a joke, a kind word, or cutting wit she brought everyone around her joy and she will be missed. More importantly she will be remembered. In her memory we ask that when you see that kid trying something for a first time support them. When you see someone struggling, give them constructive advice and help the processes because they are learning. When you get hurt remember to RICE (Rest Ice and Elevate) it. Always try to support local youth teams, be kind to animals, and give the time to kids and family trying to follow their dreams because life should be enjoyed. Finally remember YOUR #1." These beautiful words are brought to you from her loving brother, Thom.
