Piper Plays at Carnegie Hall

My name is Piper Johnson.  I am raising money to go to Carnegie Hall and play my viola with the Honors Performance Series in New York. I auditioned in November and just found out I was accepted! While in New York I will get to rehearse for three hours a day with music students from all over North America. I love rehearsal! During our week in New York City, we will even get to see a Broadway show. Our hotel is in Time Square! I have one month before my first payment is due, so we are attempting to raise all the money before April 29th. I am very excited for this opportunity because I have never had the opportunity to travel very much, and have certainly never considered traveling all the way to New York. I can't believe I was chosen because even though I love playing music, I've only been playing for four years. If you contribute to my trip, I will be so grateful. I promise to post videos of my performance when I return.

The trip will cost $4,548.00 for me to attend with a parent. If we raise $9,945.00 then the whole family can go.
