Whitehaven Miners Social Football Club was established in 1965 and are a FA Charter Standard Club currently playing

in the

Cumberland county league ( adults )

wcyl ( juniors )

we will be using this fundraiser to help us improve both our equipment and facility's

in the 2024-2025 season

SARAHS WORDS

Our son Oliver has played for Whitehaven Miners for the past year and now in U8’s. Football, his team and coaches have been such a positive influence and really helped him progress in so many ways.

We know how much the cost of living crisis affects non for profit organisations and the increasing costs of running a football club is difficult. However, Miners is a community focussed club that has an affordable subscription, events and fundays for our children to be part of.

We have entered the Great North Run and hoping to try and raise some extra funds to help the club and would really appreciate any donations.
