We are Bobby and Jean and our Dad's are now residing here at the VA Home in Lasalle, Il. Both Dads are WW2 Vets. We visit often and have grown fond of every Veteran here and why this pizza party fund raiser is something we would like to make happen. We want to bring happiness to these Veterans.
This pizza party will bring smiles to 184 Veterans who served our country in WW2, Korean, Vietnam War, etc. These men and woman are our Fathers, Mothers, Siblings, Aunts, Uncles, friends and neighbors! We all love our Veterans!
The funds we are asking your help and support with will allow us in the months to come prepare for this pizza party and give our Veterans something to get excited about and look forward to.
We can see the happiness this will bring to our Veterans and they will see how much we love them. There is nothing better than seeing smiles and pizza is close to everyone's heart and a sense of home, something they all miss.
