PizzaPlex Employee Relief Fund

Unfortunately, PizzaPlex is set to close at the end of this month. The employees just found out, and most are facing unemployment as making pizza and serving drinks was their only source of income. I know that none of the employees would start a GoFundMe for themselves, so I wanted to step in and see if we could band together and get them some help to get them through this tough transition.

When I was in between jobs, PizzaPlex let me pick up shifts to help me get through that time. The staff there is awesome, and if you've had the pleasure of visiting them I'm sure you'll agree. Kale and Chris work hard in the kitchen to make amazing certified Neopolitan pies and other delicious food, Andrea and Jay helm the bar, serving up tasty classic cocktails, beer, and wine. Chanel put on some awesome events, including industry nights that give service industry workers a chance to enjoy themselves. We're really going to miss this place.

If you can spare some money to help our friends out so they can get through the next couple months, any bit helps. I know they will really appreciate it, and if the tables were turned you can be sure they'd be there for you.
