A plea to the community

I am hesitant to be asking this but for the last few days I've been trying to solve an ongoing issue with AdSense and YouTube where the earnings of my channel haven't been transferred into my bank account. I am trying to resolve the problem but I'm very sort on money at the moment and have bills that need to be paid. If there is any help anyone can give I would be extremely grateful.
