In Loving Memory of Ruben Vasquez

On July 23, 2024, our beloved Ruben tragically lost his life to a senseless act of violence. Ruben was a cherished member of our community, loved by his family, friends, and everyone he touched with his acts of kindness.

Ruben had an incredible ability to make friends wherever he went. He was always willing to lend a helping hand; whether it was feeding the homeless, mowing lawns for the elderly, or learning how to fix something new to assist others, Ruben was the type of person to give the shirt off his back whenever he could. His deep faith in God assures us that he is now in heaven.

Ruben’s unexpected passing has left a void in our lives. He had just started a new job two months ago and unfortunately did not have life insurance. As we come together to honor his memory, we want to support Denise and Mariah in giving Ruben the funeral and celebration of life he truly deserves.
