Paul Doster Medical Fund

Please help support the Doster family; a family very near to my heart. Paul Doster is an Orlando native. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in August 2016 with his Masters in Health Care Informatics. Paul and his wife, Claire (Barley), have been married for almost two years and together for over seven. On September 28th, 2016, Paul and Claire went to the Emergency Room because Paul was experiencing symptoms that were getting worse despite a few visits to his primary care doctor. Paul was held in the Emergency Room for observation and was later admitted to the hospital. A long two days later, the Doster family received a diagnosis from the doctors at Orlando Health. Paul, 26, was diagnosed with stage 3 testicular cancer.

Paul was given a treatment plan and a very positive outlook; however, the treatment will be aggressive and last a minimum of two months. Even though Paul is insured, as a young couple just beginning their careers, this will be a big financial burden.

I speak for the entire Doster family when I say that although this is a difficult thing to have a family member go through, we thank God everyday for the excellent care Paul is receiving at U of F Cancer Center at Orlando Health and for all of the blessings that will come from this.

Paul and Claire have many family and friends who love them and have already reached out to offer their help, support and prayers. I am asking for your prayers and donations for the Doster family to cover the medical bills and expenses that go with this type of diagnosis as well as the lost wages from their time away from work. Any gift is appreciated and valued with the most gratitude.
