To get a mobility scooter

Hi I'm raising funds for my sister who has fybromalayga, she is moving out and needs to get a mobility scooter that she can use on the road and train, she doesn't qualify for help towards a scooter she has to pay for one her self. This will help her to be independent and be able to travel to and from barnstaple for appointments and to see family and freinds, she has some money towards but needs help towards the rest.
