Paul Omollo is the Director of Farmers Alliance for Restoration- East Africa (FAR-EA), and ran our two pilot projects in East Africa. He is now overseeing the first post-pilot project, with the farmers in Kisumu West, and preparing to launch many more projects in the region starting this year.

FAR-EA is empowering communities of smallholder farmers in under-resourced regions to create sustainable food systems that support eco-social resilience. Each two-year project trains a core group of family farmers in regenerative farming, and supports them as they redesign their farms and build communities of practice to share knowledge and experience as they develop local expertise to improve yields, nutrition and livelihoods using ecologically regenerative approaches. www.farmers-alliance.org.
