Forever young

Due to the unexpected loss of a little life we, his family, have started a donation page. Jakob Cauvin aka Papi J, was an amazing young man full of so much potential but without warning he was taken from us too soon. Jakob touched the lives of so many and did not know a stranger. His mother and father were raising him to be kind, compassionate, considerate and to be a go getter. He will always be a superhero in our hearts and missed dearly every second, every moment of every day. We love you so much Jake the Snake, Papi J
