Plant a tree in loving memory of Grace

Donation protected
Help plant a tree on Western University's campus in loving memory of Grace Koutsogiannopoulos. Grace graduated from the Disability Studies program at Kings with honours in fall 2020. Her dream was to open a bridal boutique that catered to the disabled. Grace was the most genuine, kind hearted, and selfless young woman.

Grace died of Brain cancer on February 15th, 2021. She never let cancer stop her from achieving her goals. Grace embodied what it means to be an advocate for the disabled. For those who were lucky enough to know Grace, they know that she depicts the meaning of selflessness. As such, it is only fitting that the Western community comes together as one and honours her memory.

In honour of the two month anniversary, we will be planting a beautiful tree on campus that blossoms in May, in honour of brain tumour awareness month. Any donation will be greatly appreciated by Grace's family, friends, and loved ones. Additional funds beyond the tree and memorial plaque will be donated to one of Graces favourite charities.

The following charities were very close to Graces heart; The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Sick Kids Foundation, Temmy Latner Centre, and the Elpida Foundation.
