PlantBased Food Truck

Hello and thank you for being interested in what we have going here. We are two young and passionate New Orleans natives who's motive is to provide healthy wholesome meals for everyone.  Right now we don't even have a stable kitchen to cook in to generate start off funds. We plan to open up a food truck and eventually expand to a cafe. All of our food is made with no additives and its plant based. We plan to use the money to build toward our goals by buying the equipment that will help  us cook healthy meals and also file the paper work to be seen as a legitmate business. One of us had a grandmother, aunt,and  2 cousins who all passed away within a  few months  from cancer.  James, who was a cousin, passed away about a year ago. My aunt and grandma passed away in the same week. Then the following month, we lost another family member due to cancer. There was also a grandfather who passed away from cancer a few years back. All of these family members were fans of the famous New Orleans cuisine which consists of unhealthy meals filled with mutiple meats.  Losing that many family members to bad health in such a short time span made us realize that we need to become healthier and so do others. This caused us to become plant based eaters while spreading health awareness. We met eachother along the journey and created some of our first plant based meals together. Both of us actually want to see people eat better and take care of their temple which is why we want to open up business(es) where you can have these healthy flavorful meals available to you.
