Playground Project - Oxford Half Marathon

As part of the PTA's continued fundraising efforts, 11 volunteers will take to the streets of Oxford on October 16th to participate in the Oxford Half Marathon. 6 teachers and 5 parents will push themselves to complete the 13.1 mile course around the city centre. This is no small feat, with each volunteer giving up a lot of free time to train throughout the summer in order to prepare for the event - for some of the team this will comfortably be the furthest they've ever run.

Money raised will go towards the school's project to improve the playground space by refurbishing the side area of the school.

In order to complete the project, we will eventually need around £35,000 to transform an unused area of the school into a bright, functional space that children at Eynsham Community Primary can enjoy.

We know times are tough for many families, so any donation will be hugely appreciated. Wish us luck, we think we'll need it :)
